Unusual Options Activity: JPM, JKS, ANF, and COST

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) and JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE:JKS) saw heavy call activity

It looked as though Dow was on pace for a big win, until a surprising late-day reversal sunk the blue-chip index more than 200 points. Across all 12 options exchanges, 10.12 million calls crossed, compared to 11.03 million puts. The day's put/call volume ratio closed at 1.08. 

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) saw calls cross at seven times the expected pace after some positive analyst feedback. JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE:JKS) call volume closed three times higher than normal, as solar stocks surged

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (NYSE:ANF) puts crossed at five times the norm ahead of earnings. Also, Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ:COST) put volume jumped to five times the average.
