MannKind Corporation (NASDAQ:MNKD) put volume ran at five times the average amount today after the company unveiled a slimmer-than-expected quarterly loss. Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTWO) puts crossed at 33 times the normal amount, ahead of tonight's earnings report.

Precision Castparts Corp. (NYSE:PCP) calls crossed at 61 times the expected amount, after Warren Buffett's firm agreed to buy the company. Dean Foods Co (NYSE:DF) calls traded at 77 times the usual pace, after the company's quarterly earnings report and news of its chairman's surprise resignation sent the stock to the short-sale restricted list.
