Earnings expected from Cintas and Paychex
Today gross Domestic Product (GDP) and existing home sales data are on tap, as well as the consumer confidence index.
The following companies are slated to release corporate earnings today, December 22:
CarMax Inc. (NYSE:KMX -- $136.99) operates as a retailer of used vehicles in the United States. CarMax will report its Q3 earnings of 2021 before the close today.
Cintas Corp. (NASDAQ:CTAS -- $436.79) provides corporate identity uniforms and related business services primarily in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Cintas will report its Q2 earnings of 2022 before the close today.
MSC Industrial Direct Co. Inc. (NYSE:MSM -- $83.97) distributes metalworking and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products and services in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. MSC Industrial will report its Q1 earnings of 2022 before the close today.
Paychex Inc. (NASDAQ:PAYX -- $126.43) provides integrated human capital management solutions for human resources (HR), payroll, benefits, and insurance services for small to medium-sized businesses in the United States and Europe. Paychex will report its Q2 earnings of 2022 before the close today.
Looking ahead to tomorrow, the usual initial and continuing weekly jobless claims are scheduled for Thursday, along with core inflation data, durable goods orders, core capital goods orders, personal spending data, and new home sales.
