Earnings expected from John Deere
Today will be packed, with initial and continuing jobless claims out a day early due to the Thanksgiving holiday tomorrow. Personal and real disposable income data, as well as real consumer spending, core inflation, and new home sales data are on tap, too.
Plus, investors will be looking out for durable, core capital, and trade in goods orders, a gross domestic product (GDP) revision, and the final University of Michigan consumer sentiment index. Capping off the busy day today is the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting minutes.
Happy Thanksgiving Eve! The stock market will be closed on Thursday, November 25, in observance of Thanksgiving in the United States. The stock market will also be closed for half of the day on Black Friday, November 26. On Friday, the U.S. markets will be open from 9:30 a.m. ET until 1:00 p.m. ET.

Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:KC -- $19.71) provides cloud services to businesses and organizations in China. Kingsoft Cloud will report its Q3 earnings of 2021 before the bell today.
Looking ahead to tomorrow, the stock market will be closed for Thanksgiving holiday. The markets will open again at 9:30 a.m. ET on Friday morning and remain open until 1:00 p.m. ET on Friday afternoon. There is no economic data slated for release for the remainder of this week due to the holiday.
