Wall Street will also be eyeing a number of economic reports ahead of the mid-December Fed meeting. While no rate cut is expected this time around, Wall Street will still digest an onslaught of jobs data to get a read on the state of the U.S. labor market.

Below is a brief list of some key market events scheduled for the upcoming week. All earnings dates listed below are tentative and subject to change. Please check with each company's respective website for official reporting dates.

Monday, Dec. 2, kicks off with Markit's purchasing managers manufacturing index (PMI), the Institute for Supply Management's (ISM) manufacturing index, and construction spending data. And in addition to earnings from Conn's (CONN), retail names will be in focus on the Cyber Monday shopping holiday.

Monthly auto sales will be released on Tuesday, Dec. 3. AeroVironment (AVAV), AutoZone (AZO), Marvell Technology (MRVL), (CRM), Workday (WDAY), and Zscaler (ZS) will report earnings.
