Stocks are firmly lower midday, as Moody's credit rating downgrade continues to weigh on U.S. markets, though the major indexes have significantly cut their premarket losses. Bond yields are still sharply elevated, with the 30-year Treasury note lingering above 5%, putting heat on the tech sector. At last glance, the Nasdaq Composite (IXIC) and Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJI) were both down around 90 points, while the S&P 500 Index (SPX) drops 18.

Sunrun Inc (NASDAQ:RUN) is seeing the most volume in the options pits today. Traders are firmly bullish, with 174,000 calls exchanged -- 9 times the call volume typically seen at this point in the day -- in comparison to 9,394 puts. The June 11 call is the most popular, with new positions opening there. At last glance, RUN was down 7% at $11.39, after Friday snapping an eight-day win streak.

Oil & gas stock Sable Offshore Corp (NYSE:SOC) is up 17.5% at $33.92 at last glance, one of the best stocks on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), after the company announced it has restarted production at the Santa Ynez Unit (SYU) and doubled its production guidance. In response TD Cowen lifted its price target to $40 from $31, while Roth Capital raised its to $38 from $26. This marks fresh record highs for SOC, which is now up 45% year to date.
Aeva Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:AEVA) is one of the worst performing stocks on the Nasdaq today, down 12.5% at $16.13 at last glance and looking to snap an impressive seven-day win streak. AEVA hit a two-year high of $18.74 on Friday, and today's correction comes even amid news that the company's 4D LiDAR technology was selected by Airbus UpNext for Optimate project -- an aircraft taxi initiative.
