Dow Jones Industrial Average ​​(DJIA) is set to pick up right where it left off last week, with futures trading above fair value. Amid a bare economic calendar, traders will be keeping a close eye on oil prices -- with June-dated crude futures last seen down 0.1% at $44.61 per barrel -- after Saudi Arabia replaced its oil minister, Ali al-Naimi, following 20 years of service. Additionally, speeches from a handful of Fed officials in the wake of Friday's lackluster jobs report will likely garner some attention. Elsewhere, Dow stock Walt Disney Co (NYSE:DIS) is higher after a strong box-office debut for "Captain America: Civil War."

  1. Chinese stocks plunged in the wake of disappointing trade data, while oil prices are giving European markets a lift.
  2. The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) saw 718,072 call contracts traded on Friday, compared to 659,887 put contracts. The resultant single-session equity put/call ratio jumped to 0.92, while the 21-day moving average edged up to 0.71.
  3. In the most recent C-suite chatter, LendingClub Corp (NYSE:LC) announced its CEO, Renaud Laplanche, will resign following an internal probe. The consumer lending firm also unveiled first-quarter profit that arrived in line with the consensus estimate. Shares of LC are down 27% ahead of the bell.
  4. Horizon Pharma PLC (NASDAQ:HZNP) is poised to pare a portion of Friday's big losses, with HZNP up 10.7% in electronic trading. Helping to boost the shares is the drugmaker's first-quarter earnings beat and reports that the company hopes to take another stab at a Depomed Inc (NASDAQ:DEPO) deal.
  5. Shares of Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE:TSN) are set to open at a record high -- up 4.6% in pre-market trading -- after the food producer unveiled stronger-than-forecast fiscal second-quarter earnings. Additionally, TSN once again boosted its full-year adjusted profit outlook.
