Next week will be much quieter, with a small handful of economic reports slated for release. The most notable releases are the S&P flash U.S. services and manufacturing purchasing managers' indexes (PMI), while consumer sentiment data will close out the week. Among the few names expected to report quarterly results, keep an eye out for Chewy (CHWY), GameStop (GME), KB Home (KBH), and Paychex (PAYX).

Below is the schedule of key market events for the week ahead. All economic dates are tentative and subject to change.

The delayed January construction spending report is due out on Monday, March 23

Tuesday, March 24 brings the revised fourth-quarter U.S. productivity reading, the S&P flash U.S. services PMI, and manufacturing PMI.

The import price index is due out on Wednesday, March 25.

The usual weekly jobs data is on tap for Thursday, March 26.

Friday, March 27 will close out the quiet week with March's consumer sentiment data.
