October's nonfarm payrolls report is obviously the most hotly anticipated upcoming event, but there's plenty of other news to keep traders occupied until that late-week release -- including manufacturing data, auto sales, and speeches from a laundry list of Fed officials (including Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen and New York Fed President William Dudley).

Earnings season remains busy, though only two Dow components will report -- Visa (NYSE:V) steps up to the plate on Monday, while Walt Disney (DIS) takes the stage on Thursday.
