» How do I opt-out of email promotions?

» I did not receive my email or it is arriving far later than usual. Why is this happening?
Answer:

While all of our email services are sent in a timely fashion, some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) may delay or block your receipt of our emails. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. The delay could be caused by SPAM filters or other measures that may also adversely affect legitimate emails. If your ISP offers SPAM blocker software as an option, make sure to add our email addresses to your "accepted" list or your software's address book to ensure the best delivery.

Note that our email alerts and email newsletters are only sent during market hours. If you are receiving emails with timestamps marked after market hours, it is likely being marked as such by your ISP.

» The formatting of my email makes it virtually unreadable. How do I correct this?
Answer: You are likely seeing an HTML email using a mail program that either does not accept this format or is not set to read HTML formatting. To change the format of your email: 1. Log into your account using the 'Sign In' link at the upper right of any page. 2. Once you are logged in, click on the "Address Change" link and select the address box containing your current email address. 3. Click on the "Edit" button. 4. In the "Email Format" section of this page, select "Text". 5. Finally, click on "Update". Your account should now be updated and you should start to receive your emails in plain text format within 24 hours. [Back to Main Help Page]
