| Answer: While all of our email services are sent in a timely fashion, some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) may delay or block your receipt of our emails. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. The delay could be caused by SPAM filters or other measures that may also adversely affect legitimate emails. If your ISP offers SPAM blocker software as an option, make sure to add our email addresses to your "accepted" list or your software's address book to ensure the best delivery.
Note that our email alerts and email newsletters are only sent during market hours. If you are receiving emails with timestamps marked after market hours, it is likely being marked as such by your ISP. [Back to Main Help Page] |
