The various brokerage firms were out in force today adjusting their ratings. Among those suffering from downgrades today include OfficeMax (OMX), Intuit (INTU), National City (NCC), and VMware (VMW). Below is a more complete list of those suffering from downgrades.

Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) was downgraded to "hold" at Stifel Nicolaus
OfficeMax (OMX) was downgraded to "neutral" at Piper Jaffray
Digital River (DRIV) was downgraded to "sell" at Goldman Sachs
Intuit (INTU) was downgraded to "sell" at Goldman Sachs
National City (NCC) was downgraded to "underperform" at Merrill Lynch
SGX Pharmaceuticals (SGXP) was downgraded to "hold" at Cantor Fitzgerald
VMware (VMW) was downgraded to "hold" at Jefferies
H.B. Fuller (FUL) was downgraded to "hold" at KeyBanc
