Terms and Conditions of Use for Schaeffer's Investment Research RSS feeds

1. Schaeffer's RSS feeds are for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.

2. You must notify Schaeffer's Investment Research at service@sir-inc.com if your intent is to download and use the RSS data feeds on your web site (the "Site"). Please include the Web address of the page on which the RSS data feeds will appear. You must notify Schaeffer's Investment Research only if you intend to publish the RSS data feeds on your web site or in any application that is viewed by others --you do not need to notify Schaeffer's Investment Research if your sole intent is to import the RSS data feeds into a newsreader or news aggregator software program for your personal use.

3. The RSS data feeds are free of charge for use on your website so long as you don't post the full text of our commentaries and that you provide proper attribution to SchaeffersResearch.com. Proper attribution can be in the form of either text, such as "SchaeffersResearch.com", or our 120x60 logo, which is referenced in each RSS data feed. SchaeffersResearch.com reserves all rights in and to the logo, and your right to use the logo is limited to providing attribution in connection with the RSS data feeds.

4. Schaeffer's Investment Research grants you a non-exclusive, nontransferable and royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce the RSS data feeds on the Site. Schaeffer's Investment Research reserves the right to revoke this license at any time, upon written or e-mail notice, for any reason.

5. The RSS data feeds are only to be used as active hypertext links from the Site to stories published at www.schaeffersresearch.com and may not be diverted to any other Internet or Intranet sites. All rights to the linked stories remain the property of Schaeffer's Investment Research or third parties that have granted Schaeffer's Investment Research the right to distribute such material and such stories may not be framed or otherwise tampered with.

6. You may not display the RSS data feeds in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement of the Site by Schaeffer's Investment Research. The RSS data feeds may not be used in any manner that misleadingly associates or identifies the Site as Schaeffer's Investment Research.

Schaeffer's Investment Research recognizes that other than the promotional value of having the headlines of the RSS data feeds appear on your site, you will not be paying any additional consideration for the use of the RSS data feeds, provided that such use conforms to these terms and conditions.
