The Dow Jones Industrial Average (INDEXDJX:DJI) is on pace to add to Monday's gains, as separate reports that Russia has sent humanitarian aid (or so the world hopes) to Ukraine and Iraq is in support of a new prime minister help buoy investor sentiment. At last check, futures on the blue-chip barometer were up a modest 14 points ahead of today's round of economic reports, which includes updates on job openings, as well as the Treasury budget.

Market Statistics

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) saw 884,384 call contracts traded on Monday, compared to 502,522 put contracts. The resultant single-session equity put/call ratio fell to 0.57, while the 21-day moving average remained at 0.65.
