U.S. stocks are set to extend their quest for record highs, as traders digest the latest ADP employment data and await a speech from Fed Chair Janet Yellen. In company news, here are some stocks to watch today:

  • Jamie Dimon, chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM), has been diagnosed with throat cancer. The 58-year-old exec reassured employees and shareholders that the prognosis is excellent, and business will run as normal during his eight-week-long radiation and chemotherapy stint.   • The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has filed suit against T-Mobile US Inc (NYSE:TMUS) for allegedly "cramming" customers' bills with millions of dollars in bogus charges. The FTC claims TMUS was refunding as much as 40% of the fees a month, which should have been a red flag to corporate. (Reuters, via CNBC)

  • Rackspace Hosting, Inc. (NYSE:RAX) could be going private, according to inside sources. If the rumors are true, the firm could make an official announcement as early as this week. (TechCrunch)

  • Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) is the latest tech titan to expand its presence in the streaming music world. The company last night said it's buying music app Songza for an undisclosed sum. (USA Today)

  • On the earnings front, Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE:STZ) blew the Street's fiscal first-quarter sales estimates out of the water, and upped its fiscal 2015 outlook. (MarketWatch)

  • The latest poll should be a "wake-up call" for the fast food industry, according to Tod Marks, senior projects editor for Consumer Reports. Specifically, the survey of more than 32,000 subscribers found McDonald's Corporation (NYSE:MCD) hamburgers ranked last in taste, while Yum! Brands, Inc.'s (NYSE:YUM) Taco Bell and KFC finished eighth in the Mexican and chicken categories, respectively. (Reuters)
