Following yesterday's broad-market pullback, U.S. equities appear ready to rebound, with futures pointed higher ahead of the bell. In company news, here are some stocks to watch today:

  • Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) is expanding the amount of user information it provides to advertisers. The "interest-based advertising" approach will combine data about what users do on FB and what they do on other sites; up to this point, advertisers have been forced to choose between one data set or the other. • Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) launched "Prime Music" overnight -- an ad-free streaming music service that's included with a standard Amazon Prime subscription. However, as part of AMZN's deals with various labels, songs from new albums will not be streamed until six months after the album's debut. (CNBC)

  • According to inside sources, Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) is considering a management shakeup. Specifically, the firm is reportedly thinking about shifting additional responsibilities away from Chief Operating Officer Ali Rowghani, due to TWTR's unremarkable growth rate and lack of product innovation. • Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) and GlaxoSmithKline plc (ADR) (NYSE:GSK) are joining forces to develop a single-pill HIV treatment. GSK expects trials of the new drug -- which will combine Edurant (made by JNJ subsidiary Janssen) and Tivicay (made by ViiV Healthcare, of which GSK holds a majority stake) -- to start in 2015. (Bloomberg Businessweek)

  • Also, Lululemon Athletica inc. (NASDAQ:LULU) reported quarterly earnings. (Bloomberg Businessweek)

  • Finally, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, grocery store chain Wegmans is recalling 7- and 18-pound bags of ice, which may contain metal shards. The retailer said it identified the safety issue during a routine inspection of its machinery, and has not received any customer complaints. (Consumerist)
