With overseas fears beginning to ease, futures are pointed higher ahead of the bell. In company news, here are some stocks to watch today:

  •, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) is no longer allowing customers to pre-order copies of The Walt Disney Company's (NYSE:DIS) hit movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier and other upcoming releases. This is just the latest spat between the online marketplace and one of its vendors, as AMZN attempts to leverage its market position to gain concessions and increase profitability.   • General Motors Company (NYSE:GM) will have to face another lawsuit related to the 2010 death of Brooke Melton, as a Georgia judge refused to dismiss a follow-up complaint filed by Melton's parents. While the automaker previously settled with the Meltons, the family now alleges GM purposefully concealed defects in the Chevy Cobalt -- which their daughter was driving when she died -- while the initial settlement was being negotiated.   • MannKind Corporation (NASDAQ:MNKD) sold the global rights of its inhaled insulin treatment Afrezza to Paris-based Sanofi SA (ADR) (NYSE:SNY) in a deal worth up to $925 million. MNKD received regulatory approval to sell the drug in the U.S. less than seven weeks ago. (Bloomberg)

  • GlaxoSmithKline plc (ADR) (NYSE:GSK) has received approval to begin clinical trials on an experimental Ebola vaccine. The drug has produced encouraging results in primates, and if approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, could enter Phase I testing in humans as early as next month. (The Guardian)

  • On the earnings front, Priceline Group Inc (NASDAQ:PCLN) posted results earlier. (FOX Business)
